"This recipe is tasty and filling - perfect for a winter warmer. It is healthy as well as delicious, as the tomato base helps towards the 5-a-day, the meat adds protein to the diet and the beans add fibre. The garlic and chilli are also excellent for fighting off those nasty winter colds and of course the wine is part of the daily allowance!"
