1.5 litres of chicken or beef stock
3 potatoes, peeled and chopped into pieces
200g smoked sausage and ham
1 onion
2 tbsp tomato purée
½ a can of pickled cucumbers
handful of black or green olives
1 bay leaf
5 black peppercorns
sour cream
lemon
chopped spring onion / dill

Bring 1.5 liters of the chicken or beef stock to the boil and once boiling, add the chopped potatoes.
Meanwhile, chop the onions and pickled cucumber into small pieces and fry them in a little oil until they go soft.
Then add the tomato purée and stir in.
Once mixed in, add to the broth.
Then add the meat, olives, salt, and herbs and boil for 5 to 7 mins.
After 7 minutes, stir in the sour cream and add the spring onion / dill.
Spoon into a bowl and serve with a slice of lemon.
