Pasta
1x Tin of Mackerel
1x Red Onion (Sliced)
1x Mixed Chilli (Chopped)
1x Tin of Chopped Tomatoes (Optional)

Cooking time: 20 mins
Lightly fry the red onion in a pan, adding the mackerel after a couple of minutes.
While this is happening, put the pasta in a pan and boil it.
Once the mackerel and red onions are ready, put them aside. Use the time before the pasta is ready to prepare the chilli.
When the pasta is ready, add the mackerel, onions and chilli. If using tomatoes, add them. Mix together on a very low heat.
Serve with vegetables. Enjoy!
