"This breakfast is really great for sweet-toothed people as the apple caramelises with the sugar and it's a great way of getting one of your 5-a-day and the almond flakes helps to bulk it all up whilst also being nutritious."
Half a pot of natural raspberry yoghurt
Handful of almond flakes
One Brae burn APPLE
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
2 pinches of cinnamon

Peel and slice the apple into small chunks and place on a heat-proof bowl.
Sprinkle the apple with the brown sugar and the cinnamon.
Place in the microwave on low heat for 1 minute, until the apple has softened.
Leave to cool for a few minutes, then pour the raspberry yoghurt over the apple.
Sprinkle the almond flakes on top then mix together and serve!
