5 onions
3 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of lemon grass
2 inches of galangal root
2 inches of ginger
20 dried prawns (fried and the blended)
grated coconut
bowl of coconut milk
glass of water
1 mackerel, boiled then blended
spaghetti
3 spoons of curry powder

First, blend the onions, garlic, lemon grass, galangal root and ginger together in a blender until smooth.
Fry this paste in a saucepan, then add in the curry powder.
Stir, then add the prawns, then grated coconut, then the fish.
Pour in the coconut milk, then a drop of water. Stir in the tamarind paste, then let it boil and cook.
Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions, then place in a bowl and put the fish curry on top. Enjoy!
