Fill a large saucepan with water and put it onto boil.
Get a frying pan and fry the onion in a little oil (olive or vegetable doesn't matter which) until the onion goes soft and a golden colour.
Once the water in the pan is boiling, add pasta and give it a stir to stop the pasta sticking to the bottom of the pan
Add sweetcorn, tuna and chopped tomatoes and give everything a stir.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it all in a colander and pour it back into the saucepan.
Add the contents of the frying pan into the saucepan with the pasta and give everything another stir, coating everything.
You can either stop there and dish it up, or put the mixture into a heatproof bowl and top with the grated cheese. Put the bowl under a hot grill to melt the cheese on top, taking it out when the cheese goes golden.
