STEP 01

dip the strawberries in chocolate

The first steps about dipping the strawberry in chocolate are optional, but add a nice touch to the finished dessert. Take a piece of chocolate and with a cheese grater, grate some chocolate so you end up with some chocolate shavings. Put these to one side, we'll use them later.

STEP 02

melt some chocolate

Melt some chocolate in an oven proof dish in an oven set to 180C. It should take around 20 minutes, but keep your eye on the chocolate.

Once that's melted, dip the strawberry in the chocolate, put on a plate and put in the fridge. Use one strawberry per glass.

STEP 03

break up your biscuits

While the chocolate sets in the fridge, take around 4-5 biscuits and break them up into crumbs. Put a handful into the bottom of the wine glass.

STEP 04

add fruit

Add a big dollop of yoghurt, then add some chopped fruit.

STEP 05

continue layering

Continue layering the glass with biscuit, yoghurt then fruit until it's full. You can stop here and it'll be great, or you can go the extra mile and add the chocolate dipped strawberry.

STEP 06

strawberries

Take your strawberries out of the fridge and cut halfway up the fruit.

STEP 07

sexy fruit crunch

Carefully place the strawberry on the edge of the glass, then sprinkle the chocolate shavings on top. Yum.

Although it's already an extremely healthy dessert, you could substitute the biscuit for muesli and have it for a delicious breakfast. Prepare the night before, put it in the fridge and you've got breakfast ready to eat. (Although if you don't get up early enough, all that will be left is an empty glass and a smug looking housemate. You have been warned...)
