Waste away your Sunday afternoon making these and setting up the following weeks' naughty snacks. Make sure you hide them well otherwise you'll find they mysteriously disappear from your cupboard.
Note: You'll also need a muffin tray and muffin cases. These are available to buy from supermarkets and hardware stores and are pretty cheap.

50g chocolate drops
pinch of salt

Put the oven on to 200C
Sift the flour and baking powder through a colander (or a sieve if you've got one) into a big bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
Then break the chocolate into chunks and put in a fairly big microwave proof bowl. (You'll need to add more stuff into the bowl later on)
Put the bowl in the microwave and heat until the chocolate melts. It's best to heat it in batches, so heat for 15 seconds, then stir, then heat for another 15 secs, then stir etc. until the chocolate has melted.
Add the egg into the melted chocolate and whisk them together using either a whisk or a fork.
Mix everything into each other with a spoon. You're not looking to get a smooth texture for this, in fact the rougher the mixture looks, the better. As long as all the flour is mixed in, it should be good.
Get a muffin tray and place muffin cases in each of the holes, then using a spoon, carefully fill each muffin case to just below the top with the muffin mixture.
Place the tray in the oven and bake the muffins for about 15 minutes. Don't open the oven door during cooking as the muffins will sag a little and lose that dome shape look on top that they should have.
To check if they're done, get a knife (or even better, a skewer) and carefully push it through the muffin. If it comes out clean, it's cooked.
Hold yourself back for 5 minutes while they cool down-otherwise you'll burn your mouth-then enjoy.
