These are great for a really cheap (and kind of healthy i guess) dessert. This recipe gives the quantities for one banana, if you want more than one, double it, quadruple it for 4 etc. It goes really nice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, peeled
big handful of grated plain chocolate / handful of chocolate drops
1 big spoon of honey
a squeeze of 1/2 lemon
small cup of orange juice
For: 1
Vegan: Vegan
Vegetarian: Yes
Cooking Level: Easy
Time to prepare: 25 mins (but 20 mins of this is the bananas cooking in the oven)

Turn the oven on to 200C
Place the banana on the kitchen foil and squeeze over a tiny amount of lemon juice then, dip your fingers in the orange juice and flick it over the banana, just enough to coat the bananas, so not much at all.
Fold up the kitchen foil into parcels around the bananas. Fold up the sides first, then scrunch together at the top to seal them up.
Place in the oven for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, open the foil and carefully spoon the banana onto a plate. Spoon the juices over the top and serve.
